-
From £599
Price will increase slightly with locations further afieldYour garden transformation begins with a site visit following a complimentary telephone consultation. Our head designer will visit your property and take the time to thoroughly explore your ideas and aspirations for the garden. Gaining a clear understanding of how you intend to use your outdoor space throughout the year is essential.
During the visit, a site survey will be conducted, allowing us to model your garden using our state-of-the-art software and identify any areas that may require specialist input during the construction and implementation phase.
Following the visit, we will provide you with a detailed written brief, outlining the fee structure and contract. This brief will revisit everything discussed during the consultation, ensuring complete clarity from the outset.

How do I enquire about your bespoke garden design service?
The easiest way to get started is to send an email to us outlining your general requirements. From here our Head Designer will be in direct contact with you to answer any questions you may have and give you a clear understanding of the next steps.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to speak to a member of the team, you are welcome to give us a call and we will try our best to answer all of your questions.

How much does your garden design service cost?
Our "design-only" service begins at £6,999. This gives you a fully comprehensive design experience with ultra-realistic CGI visuals of your new garden. This includes as many different design drafts required to create a design that you are truly happy with.
Planting plans, planting guides, care plans for your new plants, and construction guides to implement the design all come as standard. You are able to give these plans to your contractor for them to follow and bring your new garden to life.
Design prices increase with size and complexity (e.g. sloping plots, irregular sites etc). Please see our "Prices" guide for more information.
How realistic are your images and videos?
The imagery that we uses cutting-edge rendering software to allow you to visualise exactly how your new garden will look when the plants become mature. We can swap and change different hard materials (e.g. different types of paving from different manufacturers) and different plants to change the feel of the space. We also produce realistic "walk-around" videos of your new design to give you an accurate appreciation of how each area of your garden will feel at different times of the day.
Do you carry out the landscaping yourself or outsource to a different contractor?
We have worked with many landscapers over the years who have brought our designs to life and have built up a list of trusted, talented and reliable tradespeople. We do not carry out the landscaping ourselves but we are very happy to source your contractors on your behalf. Furthermore we are also happy to project manage the entire landscaping phase with regular site visits and a final sign-off of the implementation.
Contractor sourcing, and project management are available as optional extras. More information about this can be found on our "Prices" page.
How long does a garden design take to produce?
With such a detailed and comprehensive design service, we have an average turnaround time of between 16 and 20 weeks, however often our projects are signed off much more quickly.
When projects exceed our 20 week target, it is often due to complex plots such as sloped gardens or particularly large gardens.
How long does the landscaping take?
When we have finalised your design and you have received your design documents, at this stage you are able to approach your contactors for quotes or we can do this on your behalf.
In our experience, good landscapers are booked-up a few weeks in advance, so we recommend getting in touch with them at the same time as we begin the design phase. If you would like us to do this on your behalf, we can approach landscapers from our list of trusted tradespeople and keep them updated during the design to ensure they are ready to go when the plans are finalised.
If you would like us to source your contractors or project manage the landscaping, these are available as an optional extra.
How much does the initial consultation cost?
Our initial consultation doesn't cost a penny. When you have enquired with our front of house team, our head designer will get in touch via email and book in telephone call to discuss your requirements in further detail to ensure we are a good match for you and to answer any questions you may have.
If you decide you would like to proceed with us, the initial site visit and site survey is charged starting from £699 depending on location and complexity of the site.
Do you cover all parts of the UK?
We have designed gardens as far south as Worthing and as far north as Edinburgh and are more than happy to travel to new places afar. Site visits will understandably cost a little more than gardens close to us due to the extra travel required, however every other chargeable aspect of the project remains the same.
What size gardens do you design?
We enjoy designing gardens of all shapes, sizes and styles! We are often approached by owners of modest sized new-build gardens, which, as a blank canvas allows holds no boundaries for our creativity. We are also often approached by owners of more complex and established gardens. These can be more challenging but equally as rewarding. We have also designed gardens of multiple acres, with one project (at the time of writing) involving a small holding with large kitchen garden, farm yard and multiple areas of garden of different styles.
How are the design fees paid?
The initial visit and site survey is paid upfront and cleared before our appointment with you. Design fees are paid in instalments at certain milestones during the project.
We accept BACS payments and you will receive a receipt for every instalment paid.
